For those who wish to ride this as an Audax ride, the time allowed for the distance is up to 14 hours, average speed of 15kmh.

Please carry 2 water bottles on your bike.  Water and toilet stops are located at Glenrowan, Lurg Hall, Tatong, Moyhu and Myrrhee.

Disclaimer: It is anticipated that riders who enter the 210km or 150km rides will maintain a minimum average speed of 22km/ph.  Riders who do not reach Glenrowan by 4:30pm will be requested to either enter the SAG wagon or leave the ride at that point.  Training for the event is necessary especially the 150km and 210km rides.  Training guides are available to download from the Routes page.  It is important to seek medical advice before commencing any training regime.
